The mattress has firm supporting springs at it's core and posture supporting springs topped with layers of foam, gel and memory foam to ensure the DREAM+ mattress moulds to your body contours for enhanced support. This mattress is built for performance. The Mlily mattress is foam incapsulated to give a firmer edge 'sit'. The Mlily DREAM+ is a non-turn mattress but needs to be rotated seasonally (it is recommended to do it more often when it is new).
